About Our Team

Marti Benjamin, MBA, Professional Certified Coach, Certified Career Management Coach


Founder and President of Business Energetix - Success Coaching, Marti Benjamin and her select team of coaches and consultants bring professional business coaching to small business owners, executives and independent professionals, both individually and in teams.

Marti has been a successful business executive and leader for more than 25 years. She has worked with companies ranging from a small start-up to publicly traded multi-billion dollar corporations. She has proven her skill in business operations, marketing, strategic planning, communications, quality improvement, client services, new product development, regulatory compliance and consulting and training.

Education: Marti earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from San Jose State University winning the College of Business Award for the Outstanding Comprehensive Project that year.

Her coach training was completed at the Academy for Coach Training in Bellevue Washington.  The International Coach Federation, the recognized global leader in professional coaching, awarded Marti the Professional Certified Coach credential. She has also earned the Certified Career Management Coach credential, awarded by the Career Coach Academy.

Karri Benjamin, MBA

Karri Benjamin, MBA, Certified John Deere Coach, is Chief Administrative Officer of Business Energetix - Success Coaching. Karri brings her administrative and operations experience from 15 years in corporations to oversee and improve our internal operations. Her zeal for training and team development adds to our program development, building supportive structures to produce successful adult learning outcomes.

Education:
 Karri earned her MBA from Marylhurst University majoring in Organizational Effectiveness. She is currently working on a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Walden University. Karri has also completed the requirements through John Deere University to become an employee coach for the company's internal coaching program. She is a certified Project Manager through Portland State University.
